Great stuff mate. Is mylar reusable after? Not sure if you covered this, how do you find inserts (for others, coz I probably know
?

You could reuse the mylar, especially the bottom sheet, which remains flat, but it is a fair amount of effort to clean it.
We treat it as a consumable, as it's around USD 5 per meter.
The inserts are M6 SS nuts welded to washers, done locally.

I've meant how to drill through the topsheet:) Are inserts visible at all?

oh that.. haha..
You can see the little dimples which are the centres of the inserts when you hold the board at the right angle.
