Tarifa? Hurghada? Fuerte? Cabarete?

Here are the % of days > 4 Bft in October:
Canaries FuerteVentura Sotavento: 55%
Canaries Tenerife 71%
Tarifa:55%
Cabarete:59%
Safaga: 78%
