dead-man safety release system?

Postby Desertdude » Tue Feb 10, 2004 1:21 am

This sounds good,

They (best kite) said you/ I/ everybody should use one?

I copied the subject line up there from the new " best kite" site faq sheet under the topic "Is kiteboarding safe?" tag line.

But I can't find where to get one?

Anybody know where to get this,

this

"Deadman safety release system?

Thanks

That's odd, Naish, North, SlingShot, Peter Lynn, Cabrinha, Flysurfer, Wipika, etc. all said that they had the best safety system.

They also said you/ I/ everybody should use one (whatever they are selling).

Very odd.

Yeah ... I guess it means that if, for any reason, you happen to die while kiteboarding and cannot operate a quick release mechanism it will automatically and safely release your corpse ;)
