Riding an 04 7m Yarga, tops out about 35 knots. Want something for 30 to 40+ knots, wondering of the 5m Waroo (07) will be better?

I have been riding the Waroo 06 5 m alot. I have been using the Waroo 5 m close to 40 knots. The kites has more power than you would think, so it gets scary when you it gets over 40 knots.
From what I have heard the Waroo 07 5 m has more power than the 06 version. I can't wait to get the new waroo 07 5m, cause the 06 version was really good and my favorite kite in the waves.

Bestkiteboarding sais it stops at 35 knots. But it can handle much more. I have riden a 7m2 (06) in 8bft with gusts close to 10bft. So I think that there is an pretty high high end on the 5m2 this year.
I've kept some windstatistics of that day.... but can't upload them.

35knots is where we stop all the windranges. it's just more responsible to do it that way.
if you have doubts about any kite in winds over 35k you probably shouldn't be considering kiting in those winds.
play safe.

Yeap... you can see quite a few 5 m Waroos ripping around when we get our world famous 40 knots " nuclear levante " winds..
I would say 45 knots is the top for this kite.... just have an extra bar around...... have seen a lot of snapped lines when kiting in these conditions.
Nice little toys.....

Thanks - looks like the ticket. I like the low end of it too. Cheers.
