I have enjoyed nice kiting in Potugal in summer and wintertime and both in Algarve and Lisboa area (Nova Vaga and L. Albufeira). Wind is super in juli but how about april? Anyone who can give an estimate on % kitable days in Portugal given the possibility to use the whole country (both north and south).

I have observed in windguru that often there is wind south when there is none up north - and vice versa. So if one used the car a lot maybe april could actually work quite ok???

in north Portugal NNW 10 knots meens more than 20.
this last week average was 25knots.

yes, in windguru dont look for knots but for clean sky and good direction(NW/NNW/N).

if you have bring it:) the weather is nice but the water is cold.
4/3 is enough.
