"WORLD'S GREATEST KITESURFER" to be in Hatteras

Postby Richard » Tue Apr 10, 2007 7:29 pm

That's right folks. I'll be in Hatteras next week.

Now I know that "World's Greatest Kitesurfer" is a very heavy title to be carrying around, but I'm used to it. Goes with the territory, as they say.

On this particular trip, I'll be unable to accept cash bonuses or sign with other kite companies, but I may find time for a few autographs and some meaningless affection from females.

I'm rather looking forward to it. See you there.

Richard

Bow/SLE or C?

The answer my friend is blowing in the wind.

If I'm having fun, I generally don't notice what style of kite I'm flying. I'm having too much fun to be bothered with details like that.

 If you don't have a 7m kite you can borrow the NANO 3. My son might be upset but I won't tell him. :thumb:

Dimitri, thanks for the kite offer. Usually, my valets handle my gear details. But I've heard good comments on your kites, so maybe I'll look you up. If it is 3m day, do you usually kite out on the Diamond Shoals?

I just found out that Don Imus may be there to do a documentary on my visit. I hope so. That would be cool.

One thing is for sure, My jack russell Cosmo will be in attendence. Many times I have been asked if he were Goliath.

The Nano sounds small. Is it even big enough to hook 4 or 5 lines to?

Richard
