Here you go...
"• Cabrillo to Sunset region hinges on the fate of the eddy winds. At this time it looks like we should hit upper teens."
It looks like it's one of those "eddy could skunk us days"..
Cheers

Use
http://www.windguru.com instead.... it's free and seems to be pretty accurate on the forecasts.

Windguru doesn't have sensors on the beach and doesn't forcast considering local breezes.... it can be 5 at Long Beach airport and 16 at Belmont.
That said no forcast is perfect.
What is really cool on iwindsurf (ikitesurf) is that you can get wap enabled wind sensor info right on your phone even with those inexpensive limited cell phone web access deals.
I have the $5.99 t-zones deal with t-mobile and use iwindsurfs cell phone access. Really worth it.... sometimes it's blowing at a beach just 15 minutes from where you are..
Cheers
Fred

Belmont is disgusting.
The fact that anyone really kites there shows you how many people have any sense of personal hygiene. That is truly the most disgusting water I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into.
That said, the wind right now is dead.
04/27 10:59 AM 4.0 4.5 S/190° 6.0 58°F 1012.8mb (1.4 / 180) rising slowly 29.91"Hg
Just renew your ikitesurf subscription... it's super cheep. Easiest way to find better wind that is NOT at Belmont Nasty.
