stoked...

Postby johnm » Wed Apr 18, 2007 9:48 am

I normally cycle down my local beach every morning - this morning I got there 6am and it was blowing - totally unforecast...

rushed back and got my gear and scored one of the best sessions of my life...

no-one around for miles and landed about 15 b/loop k/loops in a row (believe me - thats good for an old scrote like me!) - on each one as I came out of it the kite was looping through the early morning sun

just felt so happy I thought I was going to explode or summat!

man I love this sport...

I was thinking the same thing only a couple of hours ago, except my kite was flying through the setting sun, and probably one of the last good seabreezes for the season.....
I still can feel the dorfs pumping through my system....and the salty eyes and sandy toes...
Does anyone need reminding that kitesurfing rocks?

Great post. We are just itching to get out here in Ontario! Warmer weather is on the way finally!

Had a similar experience last fall at one the best spots. No kiteloops though although nailed my first jumps! Wooohooo!
