Google earth is nice to find some awesome spots. Found this one:

Coche 2 ? Bad news is there's nobody living on the island, at least not the whole year. Tropical climate, trade wind the whole year,...

Any1 got some money to build a hotel, airport, village, clubhouse, stuff like that over there?

It seems to me I read in Kiteboarding or Kiteboarder about the guys in San Franfrancisco or somewhere in California about how there riding spot is full of guys who do big things in business. Like the guy that invented the first down line for football games on tv, Cavalero , I think, and one is a guy that has a 100million dollar bankroll as a venture capatalist that likes helping out kiteboarders.

If your out there, I'll put together the business plan If you toss me 100 mil

I'm "Cavallaro". CosmoDog and I are the yellow line guys. The article was about the rich and famous kiters of 3rd Ave. I assume CosmoDog and I must be famous - because we're still poor. There are some rich guys at 3rd however (one is absolutely offensively rich).

Watch it... what with global warming, that site could be flooded out in another 50 years......perhaps the whole island could be history...

Where is Mulholland anyways?

looks very much like Egypt, or Arabia.

The color of the water, the color of the land...and I'm an expert (seeing 3000+ beaches via Google Earth to find their GPS positions!)

good guess?

Toby, that's totally wrong  Take a look at the tradewind, that would say in which part of the world we are already...
I'll give a hint, the island was found in 1499. The island also has one of the nicest lagoons in the area. It is deserted, only some fisherman live on it for a while.

I don't have 100mil., but if I would I would build a kiteboading resort out there and buy the island :thumb: :D One island for kiteboarding in the main place. Flat spot, wave spot, sliders, cable park, hotels,.. what a dream. You can always buy my plans :D

The entire island, diameter about 25km.

There's even a second flat water spot, a little up...
