im getting to the point where my harness leaves my waist rough and with scabs after each and every session and it hurts enough to make me just ride without a harness (even though i still ride withit because i'd rather have the rashes and not lose my kite).
It's a waist harness and im thinking maybe it's because it fits too big on me, any ideas?
Thank you

buy a mystic warrior
it comes with an antirash injection that you can inject anytime on/off the water!!

i have a small tabu harness. it used to leave red marks and bruises on my waist and now that i have gained probably 5 pounds and gotten a spreader bar pad and a pivoting spreader bar it no longer leaves marks. the the spreader bar pad and dakine pivoting spreader bar make a huge differance. i hear the mystic harness is better though and the tabu still isnt tooo tooo comfy but it no longer leaves marks but still sometimes makes my abs hurt a little.

rash gaurds wont help with your harness because your getting the rash from it sliding up. This might actually help you get the rash. For some pain releif try some baby powder.
