Postby airsurfer » Mon May 07, 2007 5:45 am

Anyone have experience with SB-II 8M . I'm interested in the usable low end. I'm 86kg riding 07 Shinn 133 x 42 looking for a kite for 17-30mph

No, i was stupid enough (once) to continue kiting when the wind picked up to 48 !!!

Dont suggest to try it for anyboody in this nuclear shitd !!!

I think the best is 25-30 knots.

But for sure i love this kite !!

Airsurfer, at your weight the sweet spot is 20-30kn.

Scott, Ellinas is telling the truth, I was out in gusting 44kn on a 7mXbow along with a mate on a 8m SB2. He's 85kg and we managed a 3hour session.

It was scary the first hour but then it was just freekin awsome, not to mention the 12ft ramps :o
