AIRUSH FLOW SLE 2007 ( stopper-ball up.grade)

Postby tulumkite » Mon May 14, 2007 6:43 pm

Befor getting my new Flow SLE 14, I was a little concerned about some issues....Iuse all kind of brand, north, best, airush, but lately, i´ve been liking airush a lot!!,
however, I was a little concerned when I bought my flow sle, because my friends used to bitch about that stopper ball.... anyway with this in mynd, I set up my kite the day I bought it, and with the stopper ball issue on my mind, I set up the stopper ball with out the " cap " or " condom " that protects the stopper ball...just because I´m lazy and i didn´t wanted to work twice when i take out my stopper ball....

my surprise was that without htis cap, the release of the stopper ball, is super easy and fast, and totally different rthen with the cap on....
my advise: take that cap out, nd try it... and let me know later..
good winds!!!!

I have learned to live with AR's "condom".

The worst part is getting it on- that sux- but after that it seems to work fine. I like the punch out aspect when overpowered.

So how is it different w/o- or have you tried both ways?
Don't the 2 pieces get separated w/o it?
