This is funny,Blade Kites

Postby Rockstar » Sun Jun 03, 2007 11:51 am

Had a laugh when I checked out the site for Blade kites!

Thet claim there sle kite fills a"gaping hole in kite design" ????
" A flat kite that flies like a "C" kite" ???????

They reckon there design is "Number One" ??????

But the killer was this shot of,I suppose the team riders promoting these (virtually unknown kites, let alone Numero Uno !!!!)

They have me REALLY worried !!!

Suppose its just me ! ROFLMAO !!!

Maybe you hould try one soon, especially as Will James is doing his Blade tour in the US at the moment. Then you'd be more qualified to comment

All I know is that everyone who's tried the Vertigo immediatly falls in love with this kite.

They DO offer awsome performance along the "c" type feeling with all the benefits of "bow" with just the right amount of bar pressure.

Visiting SA pro rider testing them here recently.......

Will James interview discussing Blade kites.......

Oh and check the prices and then see who's having the last laugh

Go test one, then let me know what you think!

Rockstar,,
The guy on the left is Yaron the managing director of Blade, The other guy is Chagi who is a a team coordinater,
What they state is true,
The vertigo is a Hybrid Flies like a C kite but has the safety of a Bow SLE
It hava a 5th line like a C kite and also Bridles like a Bow SLE,
The Designer of the KItes is the same designer of Eclipse kites (MOMI).
Before making judgment on a Brand of a kites i would try one ,
You have nothing to worry about,,
Over in the Uk Blade kites Have become a very sought after kite,
And in other countries
Check out the review of the kite their are plenty of them on the forums.

that pic is about a year old and that's the Horn at the background. the person on the left is Yaron, the owner (we cakk him rasta  ) he has a degree in software engeneering and he's one of the first kiters around here. he's a cool guy and one of the good guys, always helping people.
i have tried all of Blades kites several times and i liked the kites better than most of the "big brand" kites. so for almost half the price it's the deal of the century.
BTW i liked the beast more than the vertigo.
it's a new company, only two years arround and allready the kites are selling prety good allaround europe and probably the kiters at the U.S will start ordering some kites as well.
let's just say that Will James isn't a fool
rockstar you should try one, then tell me what you think.
rumors arround here sais that they are going to have a "C" kite again real soon.

i am not affiliated in any way. i ride a torch2 tribal1 & yargasle. when i get the cash (i'm a student) then Blade is def. an option for my next kite.
