Crossbow! I am 74 kg. It works from 11 to 20m/s plus.

Thanks. That's about 24 -26 mph, or about 21-23 knts...
People are saying good things about most of the 2008 kites wind range. Have heard good things about the Naish Sigma series for surprising stability through big gusts, but they're expensive kites!
Is your goal to "have a good time in the high wind with total control and comfortable riding"..... or is it to "get every piece of power you can out of the friggin' big wind and jump so high you'll never come down"... I'd be in the first category, so I would go with major control and stability...
7m does seem on the small side to me (I'm 77kg), but I haven't tried the new kites of 2008. Perhaps the new 7m kites have the low end of the 2006 9m kites with the high end of the 2006 7m kites. That would be cool. Making me feel like I have 2 year old equipment... s'okay, they still work fine! I just have to have 3 kites to cover the range covered by 2 of the 2008 kites...

WR, what if you can have both? This is really how I feel about the Helix right now. You're welcome to have a go on it next time we meet. Should be Sunday maybe?
I am sure there are many good kites, and as Panchito said, he can;t figure out which small kite not to recommend. Well, as I've said before
all kites are created equal, but some are more equal than others.
Muhahahahaha (evil laugh)
