Fone Rival

Postby BenWilder » Fri Aug 17, 2007 11:28 am

Couldn't find any reviews of fone rival 18 or 16 m kites. Any comments of those kites. What is the low end for 18m? I weight 95 kg and need big kite to go, specially in my home the summertime winds are 8-16 knots and gusty.
I'm thinking of switch back to tube's. I'm using foils now and i think its not working so well in my places and they are slow. Specially big ones. Others in my home are using 20m rhino6 kites for low wind days and its so much faster than my foils.

We are living in inland lakes and it allways have to be little bigger kites in here, cause the winds are lower and gusty.

Hi I have both Rival 16 and Rhino 16(06). And both is good in different ways...I like the Rhino because it's in my opinion:
1.Rhino is much better then Rival in low end.
2.It's faster then Rival.
The good thing with Rival is that it's huge depower capability and bigger wind rage...I have 12kvm Trix and thing the low wind rage is the same as the Rival....
I dont like Rival.....if u want u can buy mine for cheap money....
