Liquid force makes the best vest. It's side entry zipper allows smooth fit under the harness and keeps it from riding up.

i recently got a camaro jump shirt, very comfy, with well thought out padding, a little difficult to get in and out of but generally very good, better than other vests i have tried :thumb:

I've got the 2007 liquid force impact vest. I use it for wakeboarding too, great impact vest, works great when you cock up and land fully powered on your back!! No matter what the manufacturers say, it still rides up with a waist harness. Doesn't really bother me as I don't mind putting the kite at 12 for 10 seconds while I pull it back down again. Normally only have to do it once or twice a session. Only bad thing is it makes it way more difficult to go for some difficult grabs..... I love using mine for nuking sessions and trying new stuff. So it gets my thumbs up!

Two solutions for impact vests riding up which I've heard/seen:

1. Put some small fabric/line knots on your waist harness and then put some line loops on your impact vest. Hook them together and the vest should not ride up.

2. Use a boardshort harness, will limit it riding up

I have the North vest. It is supposed to be high enough for a waist harness, but I have Nitrous shorts so can't really say how it'd be.

I like that it fits snug and doesn't ride up on me. Others I have tried end up with a big gap above my shoulders once I get riding.
