I'll be in Albufeira from 11 to 18 of august, I'll do a kite trip with the school called "south adventures".

Can you tell me if the probability to find good wind (I'm 48 kg, almost beginner) is hight???
I'm really scared because any friend of mine know about algarve..

Hi there!

Dont worry about the language. English is as welcome as other language!!!

Don't worry about Algarve. You'll have a very nice time. In August you will find a very nice weather with lots of sun and high temperatures. Water temperature is also very nice.

Algarve has several spots along the coast. From Tavira to Sagres you and up until Carrapateira you will be able to find very nice and safe kite spots.
Ilha de Cabanas in Tavira and Ilha de Faro are two examples of nice spots for beginers. You wont want anything else after that

Relax and enjoy your vacations in Algarve. I bet that you'll want to come for the next years

PS -> Go to windguru and see statistics for Algarve (spots - Cabanas, Faro, Vilamoura, Alvor, Carrapateira)

The best thing is a short wetsuite
With luck, you will only need your lycra

Algarve nobbuono per fare kiteserfe..onde troppo grande 3m minimo e vento truoppo fuorte 40 nodi min....andare verso nord dove mare essere piatto muta 7mm essere ok.

Ed io a scrivere tutti i miei report precisini e minuziosi...che rrrrroba non ti fidi proprio ....ma allora sei pronta??

It's a pity that we cannot meet here...btw it will be for the next time....you will come back, i'm sure ......Portugal is a nice country but mostly portuguese are nice people ..divertiti, have fun!!!
