Hi
When I inflate the main strut the bladder twists and the valve does not sit nicely in the hole. I am worried it will puncture itself. I have open the zip in the main strut and tried to straighten the bladder with my hand but it just twists again when inflated. Any ideas.

Sounds like the twist is further down the LE than you can fit your hand (so the whole end of the bladder is twisted)
Best bet, take the whole thing out & re-insert it so its straight, do a search for instructions on how to do this, it's very easy.
All you need is some kiteline, talcum powder, careful folding technique and about 15mins of your time, or 10mins if you can get a helper.
