If you have issue's with your new kite contact us directly. It took more time to place that on u-tube then just ask for a new bladder...

That´s a "over pressure " release valve , it works like magic !! if you pump your kite with more psi than recommended the valve will open automatic and release air until it reaches the manufacture settings .

Looks like the nano technology is arriving into our sport.... :wink:

Thanks shymac I followed your advice, I have been in touch with the leadership that has given me and I have replied to me quickly give solution in a short period of time
Apparently slingshot is a good after sales service

The Slingshot guys are sensational with after sale service -- anything I've ever had go wrong with a SS kite, (and it's been virtually nothing other than a defective bar and leaky valve like the one in the video) they've sorted out immediately, no questions asked.

That's a lot more than I can say about some of the other well-known brands. Service is at least half the equation with any product.

Try this test:

Go on the home page of your favourite kite company and look for a "ContactUs" link and see how easy it is to get in touch with someone at the company's headquarters.

Some companies don't post ANY links or give out ANY email or even a phone number to their HQ, forcing the dealers to deal with everything and ignoring the potential to learn from their customers' problems and frustrations.

Personally, I don't buy from companies like that.

I think you seriously need something else in your life if thats the sort of thing that floats your boat :roll:

What were you trying to achieve????

As Shymac said, a call to SS HQ or the dealer you bought the kite from and you would be sorted - why bother posting this cr@p :angryfire:
