Recently moved back to NYC from Maui. Looking for ocean spots to kite without hassle. I know Long Beach has a small kiting crew.
I rode last week at Smith's Point while visiting family in Suffolk. Went at 5:30 pm without any hassles from lifeguards. Looks like wind n Wednesday so will try it again.
What other ocean spots are kiter friendly?
