F-One customers support?

Good day everyone!
In the end of 2010 bought F-One 3: 13m, 8m kites and 2011 F-One 6'0" Surfboard.
Starting using all equipment in spring 2011 and after 5-10 sessions 13m bar cover was broken and partly gone from the bar. Also surfpad was torn and gone from the surfboard.
Have contacted local dealer several times, but still no clear infromation about these cases!!
The only thing he told me, that there would be NO bar replacement at all!! :angryfire:

Enybody had this kind of problems before? Is this a guarantee matter??

I never get this...

Send a guy like you a new bar (no lines.) and a new pad, you would praise their name anywhere, the beach or forum.

Now they got this shit to look at on a international forum, an a angry nice person like you..

Some brands, and in some cases stores, dont see what $50 off warranty, even when its not justified can buy them. It`s like they never see this. :P

All brands only warranty problems they are aware of (recurfing). Any freak problems (which unfortunately do happen) can only be handled by your local dealer as customer support.

For me this looks like normal wear due to lots of (hard)riding..... just glue it and be happy that you have this problem :thumb:
Can´t see that this could be a warranty issue. Most of us have brandnew stuff with no wear due to bad contitions, low wind, small waves, no time etc...
Would you change ?
