Hi,
I bought a board a few days ago, an X-shooter 155. I haven't got it up to now as they ran out, but they are ordered and I think I will get it soon.
The support is excellent, mails are answered within HOURS, I think these guys don't even have a weekend.
I also phoned with them and got a very good advise (I'm a beginner), always very friendly!
I know from other shops who do not even think it's worth to answer your mails.
From my side this shop gets a A+

I ordered the X shooter 155 2 weeks ago and received it in 4 days. Service is excellent: I had a couple of questions and received answers in hours. I'had to get used to the X-shooter, but it's my first twintip and after one hour it worked out fine for me.
I also ordered the kitebar system. I tested it and it worked out very good. The only thing which need inprovement is the way to depower. You have to tangle the front lines arount the bar. When there is no tension the fall of and the kite is going down.
Now my friend also is ordering the X-shooter but I think the stock is very low, so he hasn't get anything yet ( one week after order the Silver X-shooter), but they told him they will send a mail when it's on stock again (in a few days).
You can trust the shop, anyway you pay COD so what's the risk?
Of course the X-shooter is German, so the problem is that it has no flexibility, wrong colours and a big eagle on the bottom (you have to like that...). I have beside that the suspision that webmaster Toby has something to do with the X-shooter......mmmm. but what...

I bought a couple kites from kiteproshop in the past and the advice, honesty and service were superbe. I believe Toby is part of the shop if not all of it and I think it's honerable the way he doesn't promote his own shop on his own forum to keep the forum neutral I assume. For instance you won't see a reply to this type of thread from him.

Fast, reliable, good service (e-mail & telephone, fast), price level OK. I ordered one kite from there.

Man this thread sounds like one of those infomercials that flood your consciousness with paid testimonies.

I really considered to keep my commendation a bit lower, because I thought someone would have exactly thoughts like these
But really, if someone does a good job it is worth to be told.
Today, especially in the service ghetto Germany, good service is not a matter of course.
