gusty conditions

hi there
I fly in uk and the winds tend to be gusty,
when its light winds I have to fly my hydro 13 all the time to stop it falling out of the zenith
I changed the knots so back lines are as close to the kite as possible.. it seems to partly correct the prob in that it sits further back. (<- not 100% sure if this is correct?)

the wipika bar doesn't help matters as sometimes u find yourself flying the back lines when the center lines are not taught


does anyone else have these probs & any tips on getting past them apart from buying a foil or emigrating to somewhere that has decent wind
