Things don't add up in the description and pics of this move.
Decide whether a L3 is a F-16 plus an extra rotation doing the handle pass like it is said in the How to section and in the Pic of Buzzy. Or whether an L3 is simply an unhooked KL with a HP like said in the description and the pics of Blomvall and Miguel.
As far as I know a L3 is done with a total of 2 rotations, so the first version is correct.
