brand has notrhing to do with it for me it's simply down to the quality of the product and quality includes, price, comfort and performance.

my harness has to be perfect.
my wetsuit has to be perfect too.
my footstraps have to be perfect.
as do my bar and safety set up.
my lines could be made of cheese as long as they last a full season i dont care.
as long as my board can hold plenty of wind i'll forgive it a little nose tucking and chop slap.
and as long as my kite never falls out of the sky and allows me to ride it massively overpowered then i'm happy with that too.

whichever brand offers what i want from those parts i'll stick with.

I am remaining pretty loyal to Naish for their bars. They have never let me down, and they are familar, which I think is important for safety. I have been using UDS for a few weeks now and I am getting to really like it.

I currently am using a set of Naish lines, but I probably will end up with another set as I don't plan on paying retail for another set of these lines again ($180 retail price.) Though, having colored lines is definitly nice once you get used to them.
