04 fuel kite "inflate" valve popping off, possibl

I had this happen yesterday,,,and i know i had the plug all the way in the hole,,,and velcro on...yet it still popped off,,,at home today,,i notice the plug comes in and out really easy,,,not like the "out" plug,,which has a very positive seal. kind of ruined the moment. has this happened to anyone else,,and if so,,does anyone know of a easy fix.

and please,,,no comments about buying another kite,,ain't got the cash.

Hi Rockwind:
You had bad luck, but you can talk with your seller, maybe they can change you the parts. I think that maybe the leading edge is twisted.
I have SS fuel 2004, 9, 13 and 17 and i have not problems with any kite.
Why not do you want to buy another kite? I suppose because you love the SS Fuel too much and you know that Fuel is the best kite, Am I correct?

the inflate valve on the leading edge of the 04 fuels is a one way valve....
if yours is popping out, you might well have stretched the valve neck by forcing the pump in too hard. tyr a small ziptie to see if this helps.
