A windsurfing uphaul is what you want
4knots or =

make sure the harness handle can take the load

ok, not a good idea,
I still have a prolimit board leash, don't use it.
Is that OK?

And have you got a safety system on it?

wipi leash always opens up the plastic clamp. get a slingy leash and put a few knots in it to climp up when it does pull easier to get your bar back down. suicide leash with chicken loop match made in heaven
