WHO HERE RIDES CABRINHA?

Postby velez57 » Tue Jun 01, 2004 2:35 am

Im pretty interested cause there are now like a thousand brands on the market and i simply dont want to try anything else. I ride my 14BT 2003 and kite moves like hell. Its as fast as a 10m IVE SEEN IT HAPPEn. What are everybodies expectations: STICK TO CABRINHA OR SEEK ELSE WERE.

CAUSE I INTEND TO STICK :thumb:

yep, I ride cabrinha. the nitro does fly really fast, but nearly all HAR kites do.

if you like cabrinha but don't like how fast the nitro flys then go to a co2.

basically, if you're happy with them then don't change, if not try something else.

I used to fly north, then tried cabrinha and really liked the feel, I'll stick with them as long as they deliver great kites, otherwise I'll try something else!

but I'm not going to change because of price (sorry BEST), I'll only change because of the product and how it feels to me!

Been with cabrinha since the start,
tried other brands like airush and takoon.. both good brands but

cabrinha has the best bars! best construction
and flies great!

I ride a nitro 14 and the range is insane from 10knts to 20 over

Ridden Cabrinha for 3 years now, before that various foils.

Over the years I've also owned wipikas and Naish, more recently i've tried Slingshot, Naish (again) Best (impressed) North, but nothing does the job quite as well...

I spead the word evangelically, when something's that good its your duty :thumb:

To all of you with bigger quivers what do you think about using a 51cm powerlock on a 10m BT and a 7m Co2?
It would be nice to only use one bar for all 3 kites if I could get away with it. Do you think the 7 really needs the shorter bar to perform well?

I have changed from 2003 BT (17 and 14 mtr) to 2004 Slingshot Fuels (17 and 13 mtr) First impressions were not good, I prefered the Cabrina's.
Now I have got used to the Fuels I would not change back, the Fuel's seem to absorb the gusts and are very stable, however that my opinion. I think most modern kites are now very good and if you get used to a kite and are comfortable with the way it handles stick with it. You could be disappoint if you change.
