Hi,
I have the F-one Style 148*35. The build quality and the feel is excellent. Beautiful board to ride, and even early planing, even at 35cm.

The sizes are depending on your weight and style of riding. I guess the board you mention would be very good for a wide range of wind, but also light wind (presuming you are a normal sized guy 75-90kg).

Depending on your weight the Style could work as a lightwind board.
You can also consider the Style 140x39cm.
F-Ones are great quality and performance boards!
