Best Bars

Postby pacifichigh » Tue Oct 26, 2004 2:54 am

:?: Anybody have feedback on the best bars with a spinning leash setup? I prefer riding with a leash, and since I'm not trying handle passes, I don't feel the need for a suicide setup? Any advice?? Fair Winds

depends how you ride, if you ride right up against the stop all the time, maxxed out, then its possible that you can bend the release webbing, which can foul the release. i ride like this and mine is ok but other riders have had trouble.

also depending on your arm length and depower length preference, the whole set up can run a littlle long, if you are short in the arm, shorter throw ropes are available now as a result to fix this.

other than that if set up correctly its pretty much as it says on the tin.

it spins, it releases, it turns the kite. it has best written on it.

They are not in stock at the Best Warehouse as of today. Went by to get one as my center line was wearing thin. No gots em' right now, but Steve was cool and gave me two standard sets free!

the new bar has a ring on the back of the chicken, attach whatever you prefer.
