It seems like it's a lot of namedropping in this thread and it's nice to see that people are so happy with their kites. I will put my vote on Naish Cult (and Code 4.5) and I will tell you why in two bulletpoints:
1) It is possible to turn the kite around it's own pivot point of you pull hard on the bar. When turned this way, it won't produce a lot of power so you can continue to ride the wave while positioning the kite i.e. you will not get pulled out of the wave. If you need to get pulled out, don't turn the kite as hard.
2) It is incredibly stable. You can surf in onshore winds and really ride towards the kite without causing it to hindenburg or having to loop it to prevent the kite from falling down. The kite will just float along and wait for your command.
My reference kites are Ozone Instinct and Naish Shockwave and the Cult outperforms both of them in the waves.

I think this one will be just the ticket for waves. I tried the 9m and it turns in the perfect way for waveriding.

Hi Nico!
I am thinking about buying a Revolver quiver. I have doubths if 11m and 7m will be enough. What is your opinion?
Thanks in advance

So, here is what I did yesterday: First went out on the 08 Eclipse Thruster 8m, was kick ass. Then the wind picked up a lot and I went out on the Eclipse 08 Nano 6m Again , was absolutely great. Then, the wind lightened up and I went out on my Vari Condor 9m, and again, it was great.
Is there a perfect one of a kind wave kite? ehhh, NO! (but if I was telling you what to get as an all around great wave kite, I say Vari 9m)(with a surf board, in my case UG FreeWave)
PS: I used the Vari bar with the Eclipse kites. = 100% better, btw! Any bar with a longer throw will improve the Eclipse Thruster and Nano '08 for wave riding. Just a hint.
PS: the 2010 kites are sick, not in design, just in performance.
