I have a good experience on the rally 14, I flew it many times.
The most impressive quality of this kite is its turning speed compared to its low wind pull.
On my raceboard (airush monaro V2) I am able to stay upwind starting from 7/8 kts.
The kite is very light for its size and it flies stable in the sky just with 6 kts.
This quality is very important waiting for the green light with the kite up in the sky at the starting line and also surfing waves in very light wind.
Besides It is still a fun kite if you use it with a TT board and 10/12 + kts due to its speed and direct feeling
you will be able to jump and do tricks in very poor condition
The upwind ability is also amazing and the bar pressure is light and it does not increase in strong wind.
High end is round 20 kts.
Anyway
depending on your weight (I am 75kg ) and
If you are not interested on kiting in less then 12 kts
you can also buy the 12 Rally.
Is by far the most direct and fast 12 mt kite I ever rode
