Like in traditional surf, i believe functional trainning is a great way to keep
your body in good conditions for hard training and trying new tricks on kite wave riding.
I made this video comparing some tricks with the exercise...Anybody with more informations please post !
By the way the season at Ceará is already blowing, and we got some nice sets yesterday.
