I just saw this and think it might be interesting for some guys.

A German built a surfboard with a core like this...he wanted a kiteboard with the handling of a surfboard. The core is similar to a PU core, tougher, more flexible and does not suck water in.

Welcome to Dynamic Surf Product

DSP provides innovative solutions for Kitewaveboards.

Through many years of research and development we have managed a new stage of evolution for Kitewaveboards (surfboards) offer.

HFT - Hollow Flex technology is a completely new Herstellungart that promises a high strength with enormous Flex values.

All boards in the HFT construction are noticeably smoother and more controlled ride.

This is not just newcomers to good, also advanced and professional push yourself to new limits.

A new nuclear material in connection with hollow members are the boards the performence has not yet been reached.

Reliability and durability are paramount in the development.

The Kenmaterial takes in a case of damage to any water.

All boards are cured at elevated temperature, which substantially increases the Gesmmtfestigkeit.

There are three different lines for each board.

HFG Line - Glass Flex offers the high classical glass laminate with excellent flex, with good strength

HFC Line - high flex carbon kevlar provides excellent flex with very low weight and very high strength

SFI Line - Super Flex Innegra opportunities Straplessrider've always wanted. The enormous Flex gives the board a very lively feel and a novel experience ever in the shaft. By using the Innegrafaßer combined with S2 Glass gives the Board the particular strength.

All lines can be driven with Straps.

Hey guys,

thanks toby for sharing this information and "the flow" for translating our german website.
We have just started our website and it´s still a lot of work to do. As soon as I finished it in german, it´ll translate in english as well.
We´re spending a lot of time in development our shape and construction of Dynamic Surf Product Boards, so stay tuned. At the moment its a sitebusiness.
DSP-Shaper Andi works since 20+years in the chemic industry and has a big knowedge of our components. He has shaped windsurfingboards in the 90´s and starting with lightweight carbon twintips in 2000. Anyway we´re trying to show what is possible with new technologie and components.

Stiff boards and knee(leg) problems were yesterdays, today we have dynamic boards:
