Peru wave Kitesurfing

Postby wavekitesurfing » Tue Jun 20, 2017 7:30 pm

Im exploring Peru learning all the sites best for wave Kitesurfing. Have done all the usual places around Mancora and Pacasmayo but wondering if anyone knows of any other spots. We are making spot reports to help other wave Kitesurfers enjoy their time here as much as possible.

hello,

Paracas has flat water and waves for kiting. The wave quality can be from poor to good depending of the swell. From Paracas to the south there is a lot of offshore winds and waves. I visit punta caballas or puerto caballs on April but I was told the best time is Dec, Jan because the sand fills in the beach. The wind is off shore and very strong. I prefer Pacasmayo.
