I'm wondering if that is a prototype.
It looks like a big garbage bag that could be loaded up with ganja. I've seen a big one like that before in Mex on the beach.

Hey trant.
I got one of those on your posting and that thing can pull like a tractor.
the upwind is not that hot though.
I believe these were developed by eskimos for pulling their sleds across the ice.
