Interesting. The one with the North logo is almost a rectangle of carbon. Odd fin placement. 4 fins in line.

Wow! It's like deja vous, all over again...I am reliving the windsurfing era in the late '80s....first, Tony Logosz knocks the point off the boards, with his "snub nose" board, and then the period of the "no nose" boards was ushered in. If the dream continues then the next thing should be the "wide point back" board...which should be good for fast tacking.
Nothing wrong with it, and I"m glad to see the point on the front of the surf board disappear, just for safety reasons.
I hope that kiteboard racing makes it as a legitimate discipline. Most recreational activities profit from the spin-off developments produced by those interested in the racing aspect of an activity.
Kite racing looks like some serious, intense fun.

NJS CF 3.5, Nil's very own latest release (notice the North Logo...
)
And... yes, apart from going up and down the wind missile-fast, you can have LOTS of fun on a good raceboard

the development of race board is very interesting.
They look fast, but now it would be good to have a test team who could test them all and come to a result with a winner...that would be a hot seller
Not many have the chance to test many of those boards...but for racing you just want the fastest.
North should have made a production board of the 2008 Charles Deleau board...
