I just saw this on the PKRA website...looks like someone will race with it at PKRA France?

He used to use a bigger board. That looks more like a wakeskate than this board he used before.

Now I want to see someone kiting with a foil in waves... not just down the line, I mean.. cut - back and so on.
I'd love to try, but don't want to pay for the foil after nailing the reef.

Marc Blanc seems to be the most skilled foil kiter on the planet and he also rides waves strapless,

so if anyone could do it, it would probably be him. Never heard of him trying it though.

With the current foil set ups..how feasible is it really to use them in races (unless it is ultra light wind..and even then you need enough to get pulled out of the water)?

My problem isn't the upwind that part is fine, and I think at least somewhat competitive), it is the downwind...unless it is ultra light wind the foil I am riding is hard to control once you get some speed on it.
