Peru mid Sept to mid Oct

Where is the best place to go over these times? looking for waves, and accommodation.
Any advise

Alright derek. I m going to paracas this weekend, about 4 hours south of Lima: will let you know. Another good place is Mancora further North. Waves up there are good i m told. Later

Your best choice for those months is Pacasmayo and the northern coast (Lobitos, Mancora)
Paracas blows about 5 to 6 days per week, 15 to 20 knots, sometimes above 30 but it has only one wave spot worth mentioning ond it is not very consistant.
If you want waves, go north.

Hey Derek...gonna use Peru as a warmup to the CPT season?

Having lived and instructed quite a bit in both places, you will have fun in the north of Peru in Mancora/Lobitos. But the waves are very different than CPT. Not nearly as big, but much cleaner. And break on points, instead of down the coast. But the water is warmer.
