I've used this glue on my kite (North) - damaged valves

that fitting ( and all bladder fittings) was originally glued or heat sealed in place.
the odds of success will increase dramatically if you purchace a replacement from anyone
(i.e. airtime).
cut out the old one.
glue in the replacement with a good urethane adhesive (aqua-seal).

cutting the fill nipple off an old pool toy would probably works as well, but why trade the nightmares of one pool toy for another?
