Hi Alberto,
Sorry I did not get back to you on this question. I have not checked into Kiteforum in a while. Yes, I do sell Production and Custom boards. Next container of production boards arrives in Seattle first of August. I have sold out all of the first production boards I received.
Production boards are the same design as what Bruno, Adam, and Damien are riding. I have not changed the design. I have been riding a CR 53 production board here all summer in the high winds, mostly 7 m weather. CR 59 is the model for lighter winds and is what my pro riders race on.
I also designed two boards for Cabrinha that are coming out soon! They are called the 178 and 183. They are very, very similar to my production/custom boards and the 183 is the exact copy of Bruno's custom board he is winning on!!
Production boards are full sandwich so they are stronger than the custom boards as far as for denting. Custom boards are 1 pound lighter.
Production boards come with standard powerboxes.
Custom boards come with standard tuttle boxes.
Fins are everything on race boards! For a first time racer or someone who wants to just go out in light winds, I recommend lower aspect easy to ride fins. These are what I supply with the production boards. Then you can always upgrade to the high aspect pro model fins. These fins look like more state of the art windsurfing fins. These are a little trickier to ride but are faster upwind.
