N.Am Kite Race tour???

Have there been any specific talks or plans for a North American Kite Racing Tour in the future?

I would imagine that between places like the Gorge, Squamish, SFran, La Ventana, Maui, TX, FL and somewhere in the Northeast, that one could come up with an interesting and realistic circuit.

There is a North east event this year! best fresh water venue -> Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

What race will have a kite class? They have a few regatas listed.
