And in winter or cold weather you do not get eaten by the mosquitos that are living in the forest you had to cross I assume?
One day I want to visit these places such a luxury to kite with just a few people on the water!!!
Hi,
First of all -
shame on me as by mistake I posted a wrong vid
The correct one with racing is this one:
No big deal with mosquitos or other bags around all year at the place I live. As many of them as kitesurfers
Polish kiters gather together with mosquitos in Rewa and Hel Bay - there are tons of them - highly not recommended. Imagine that you have 5 times more riders what you have for instance off Icarus Animal spot in Zeebrugge nowadays.
By the way I will be wave riding there in July. Hopefully the wind will stay with us.
See you on the water

Marec,
be aware of the new kite rules in Belgium, inform yourself at the Icarus beachclub for more info before going to Zeebrugge or any other Belgian kitespot...a lot changed over the last year due to accidents happening.
We mostly go to Holland ...
My son visited the pininsula Hel several times in June so I know there is not a lot going on..but he complained about the forest they had to cross to come to the baltic side and that they were eaten by the mosquito's overthere, that is why I assumed you had the same problem, they were at Jastania.
Have fun
