i baught a new North Race 59 LTD 2011 and i have a question

The big fins are mount rear or front?

Bigger ones in front, that brings more upwind, but also requires more skills downwind.
You can set the bigger ones to back, this way you'll have better, easier riding downwind, but the upwind angle will suffer. Also the back leg burns faster out on this setup.

I baught

North Race Fin set Worl Cup (32cm+28cm) and i mount 32cm at front and 28cm rear.

With this setup is hard to downwind but great to upwind.

This week i change the fins to see the diference.
