Cool board!

I built a wave board using xps foam stacked, and it came out really nice. Although I did get a patch of delam on the bottom after a season riding. Apparently xps (insulation type foam) outgasses continuously, which probably caused my delam.

wondering if you noticed anything like that on your board, or if you installed any type of vent plugs to allow the gas to escape.

I'm gonna build a free race next, and wanted to get the foam thing figured out first. The xps is so nice to work with, cheap, light and readily available. Just need to figure the gas thing out.
