One question tho. whats up with the deck pad wrapping over the tail of the board and on to the transom (don't know if transom is the correct lingo here but I'm sure you know what i mean)
Do you really put your feet there?
Any big changes from 2011?
I have a mate here in Western Australia that got a 2011 and his speed around the course has gone through the roof!!
I'm guessing they are full production?
Hi Damian,
No you do not put your foot there in usual situations, it is just a look to distinguish my LE CR boards.
I am registering this board with the IKA so yes it is a production model and is not CNC but comes from a mold instead so it is closer on tolerances and can be duplicated easier. CNC is at the mercy of the guy operating the CNC cutting machine and how he indexes the blanks when they are flipped over to cut the other side, so it is not as accurate all the time.
Changes for 2012 is a better downwind and lightwind performance as compared to the 2011 LE CR 69 while still maintaining great upwind traits.
You might be talking about Jonathan from Perth, the 2011 Australian CR Champion ? He is getting one of these boards with two other guys in the area shortly so you will be seeing them very soon!
