I haven't noticed them getting anything ridiculous like 4x wind speed in 6 knots on their 500m speed trials yet been closer to 2.5x, but we all know what those ac45's are capable of.

I don't think they have a cap number on the AC45 yet. Also I'm not sure that the multi hull and single hull numbers are comparable. Never intended to mix. The multi hulls are all rated way to fast vs mono. One design and box rules are where it's at anyway. #*%$ PHRF.
