Plaintext of the Kiteboarding racing rules

I am looking for the plaintext of the last version of the Kiteboarding racing rules, which incorporates the APPENDIX BB–Version 4 (January 2012).
I would like to find the complete KITEBOARD RACING RULES, not just last version of the appendix BB. Anybody knows the link?! Could be also in German.
