The problem is the shipping.
For example, get an Alex Aguera in my country (800 uss)

Hi Jimmy,

nice work!

What kind of construction the board has? (I noticed it has no air vent valve, is it not needed to increase its lifespan?)

Honestly I never quote a shipment to AUS but you are right I think it will be pretty expensive.
Anyway.. it will for every brand in the market

Thank you.

Our experience says no need for air vent valve using the foam we use for the board.
we have some different proto in the water since 1 year and still 100%

Production board in the water since march under intense use and no problem

full carbon double sandwich

I have tried the North 2011, 2012 and the Airush Monaro...... Go the Airush Monaro everyday of the week!! it is super fast and built properly so you don't have to worry about it leaking and sinking after your first session unlike some of the other boards out there :thumb: ....... (was that a bit of a low blow??? :naughty: ) but seriously the Monaro V4 is a very good board! i have not had mine for very long but i am just loving it more and more

But the big manufacturers bring their race boards in a container with other goods and therefore a saving of hundreds for the end customers.
Instead of the freight being 700 or 800 it might only contribute 50 or 100 to the end price :thumb:

Yes, here in argentina only North - Cabrinha and RRD have big dealers. Airush is a small guy who import kites.
