I went to Gokova in Turkey to kite in June and had a great time. Going back the second week of September. Someone said the wind normally kicks in a few hours later in September, than in June and July, where they had wind from about 11am to 4-5pm. Can someone confirm this? What time of the day does the wind normally kick in, in September? Just want to know as I am not going to stay in Gokova, but I will drive there every day.
